Refund,Returns and Cancellation Policy

Overview

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before it is dispatched). After that, cancellation may not be possible.
  • To cancel, contact our support team with your order number.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Since most items are shipped directly from suppliers, returns are accepted in limited circumstances:
    • If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.
    • If you receive the wrong item.
  • To request a refund or replacement:
    1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
    2. Provide order number, photos of damage/defect, and a description of the issue.
  • Once we verify the claim, we will offer either:
    • A full or partial refund (depending on severity), OR
    • A replacement at no extra cost (if available).

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are borne by:
    • Us, when it’s our error (defective, wrong item).
    • You, when it’s due to change of mind (unless otherwise stated).
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging whenever possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • After receiving your return (if required) and approval, refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The exact time for the money to reach you depends on your payment method and bank/credit card processing times.
