  • Options usually include standard shipping, sometimes expedited shipping (for an additional cost).

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping transit time.
  • Typical processing time: [e.g. 2–7 business days], depending on the supplier.
  • Shipping transit time: varies by destination. E.g. 7–20 business days for international orders, 3–7 business days domestically (if applicable).
  • Delays can happen due to customs, local postal service, or unforeseen events (weather, holidays).

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and shipping method.
  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless explicitly stated. The customer is responsible for paying any import charges, if applicable.

4. Tracking

  • Once the supplier ships your order, you will receive a tracking number/email to monitor delivery.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Goods

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us ASAP with order details and photos (if applicable).
  • We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue—either by replacement or refund as per policy.
